After Peter Stevens career as Personal Lines Underwriter at Chubb, Peter joined Hiscox in 2003 as Managing Director for Belgium. For seven years, Peter ran the Belgian Hiscox operation, growing a profitable Art and Private Client book and further developing his unique High Net Worth expertise. In January 2010, he took on the role of APC Manager for Europe, first combined with his MD role and then full-time from October 2012 when the Benelux entity was created.

Michael Hatchwell is a partner at gunnercooke, a leading UK law firm, and English member of Globalaw.  He is a business lawyer advising clients on M&A and commercial matters, usually with an international element and flavour.  Michael believes that lawyering is about providing practical legal solutions  to his clients in an increasingly complex world.  And that strong relationships remain key to everything.

Laura Unali leads the Generali Multinational Programs & Network Management Team, ensuring seamless delivery of compliant solutions across diverse markets. Her role involves steering global partnerships, fostering collaboration, and empowering a talented team to deliver operational excellence.

Jurgen Decker studied law in Germany, the US, Spain and Israel. He has been a Risk & Insurance Manager for the Inhouse Broker of the ABB Group, in Germany; Managing Director of a German family-owned broker; Regional Manager of the Multinational Division of HDI Global, in charge for Asia, Middle East and UK incl. M&A activities; General Manager / Head of Division Europe of HDI Global and currently Global Head Sales & Distribution of HDI Global worldwide (except Germany) + Head of Global Marketing worldwide.

Phil McDowell is a Chartered Insurer, and brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at RSA and Allianz. Having joined HDI in May 2025, Phil spearheads efforts to fortify relationships with global brokers. His vision includes enhancing HDI Global’s Multinational value proposition and visibility worldwide as well as driving improvements to the client/broker portal, streamlining the experience for stakeholders.

Danilo Strunk is 26 years in the business, 7 years working for AXA in several roles including sales. Since 2007, has been a line specialist at LEUE & NILL, representing CGL, D&O and Cyber. Serves as Head of Financial Lines. Established the Cyber business for LEUE & NILL since the market started in 2012 in Germany. In his free time, he work on cars (mostly yougtimers) and builds LEGO stuff.
